Supervision & Administration Phase
During the construction phase, we supervise the project contract as the project lead and conduct regular site meetings and inspections. However our role during the supervision phase we co-ordinate between the builder, or sub-builders if any, specialists, suppliers on behalf of the client is carried out by us up to the completion & handing over of the project.

Responsible for the execution of mechanical, electrical & plumbing designs involving the preparation of calculations and review of design drawings in accordance to customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices. As a Senior Engineer you will lead a team of Engineers and support the Director of the department with projects in the pipeline.
• Undertake detailed design of MEP works.
• Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage.
• Liaise with clients, consultant, and authorities on technical matters.
• Train and support junior engineers.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the PEB.
• At least 10 years of experience in MEP Engineering .

NDK is looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer who can lead traffic engineering projects. The candidate should have an extensive network in EU zone and a strong track record in Middle East countries. The Senior Traffic Engineer will be in charge of promoting the service to potential clients and tender for projects
• Conduct traffic impact assessments for local projects.
• Design of temporary traffic diversion to facilitate construction works.
• Coordination between NDK and clients regarding traffic related works.
• Assist in developing the specifications and tender documents, cost estimates and
other materials for tenders and tender evaluation.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or transportation
• At least 5 years of experience in Traffic Engineering
• Knowledge of transport modelling software (Sidra, VISUM, etc.)

• Carry out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure

• Train and

• Civil Engineering Degree from a reputable institution. Degrees recognized by the
Professional Engineers Board of Singapore are preferred.
• Minimum 10-25 years of relevant experience in Structural Design.
• Good knowledge of various engineering design software and analytical tools.
• Independent, organized with positive work attitude.
• Knowledge of design codes like Euro Code 2, 3.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

The PM will be responsible for coordination between the firm and our clients, will communicate with all stakeholders, and will manage the community outreach programmes. The PM will visit the project sites every day to inspect the work and report back to all stakeholders involved.
